Known gaps
What the passing number does not cover
Private API handlers need direct authentication, validation, ownership and error-path tests.
Multi-user isolation needs Clerk-authenticated tests against an isolated Supabase environment.
Accessibility and browsers need automated audits and Safari/Firefox coverage.
Notification delivery needs provider contract, retry and receipt tests after implementation.
Clerk route protection must move off the deprecated route-matcher pattern before the next major SDK upgrade.

Production-domain preparation
Owning the domain removes the earlier acquisition blocker. The remaining work is a controlled promotion of hosting, identity and email—not just a DNS switch.

Complete Clerk production activation, verify its DNS records and keep pilot sign-up restricted.
Promote production secrets
Use production Clerk keys in Vercel while retaining development credentials only for local and preview environments.
Protect email reputation
Configure SPF, DKIM and DMARC before RoadPing sends invitations, alerts or support mail from the domain.
Run domain smoke tests
Verify HTTPS, redirects, canonical URLs, sign-in, sign-out, persistence and account deletion on roadping.co.uk.
Recommended public shape
Use roadping.co.uk as canonical, redirect www.roadping.co.uk to it, and reserve a dedicated Clerk authentication subdomain if Clerk requests one during production setup.
